Dare to OvershareThe Conversation DeckThe legal part

Terms of Use

The short version: enjoy the deck, respect the room, and don’t make someone else’s vulnerability your content.

Effective August 14, 2026

1. What you’re purchasing

Dare to Overshare provides a digital conversation deck and access to the members-only Oversharers Anonymous community. A purchase is a personal, non-transferable license to use the deck. You may not resell, reproduce, scrape, publish, or commercially distribute the questions, design, community content, login credentials, or legacy access codes.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live. Oversharers Anonymous is intended for adults age 18 and older. Do not use the service if doing so would violate applicable law.

3. Your access

You are responsible for keeping your account access private. Anyone with your login credentials or legacy access code may be able to enter your membership. We may replace, suspend, or revoke access when access is shared publicly, a payment is reversed, or these terms are violated.

4. Community content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Dare to Overshare a limited license to host, display, format, and moderate it solely to operate and promote the community experience. Do not repost another member’s content outside the community without their clear permission—even if it was posted anonymously.

5. Community safety

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content, limit features, or block access to protect members or the service. Moderation decisions may be made without advance notice.

6. Payments and refunds

The deck is sold as a one-time digital purchase. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

7. Not professional advice

The deck and community are for conversation and entertainment. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or crisis services. You are responsible for deciding what feels safe to answer or share.

8. Availability and liability

We may update, pause, or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is,” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Dare to Overshare is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to daretoovershare@gmail.com.
